2. Site Visits & Fact Finding

Depending on the size of your community, our team will walk your commercial property to evaluate problem areas, listen to your concerns, and make recommendations to mitigate, or completely eliminate the pet waste issue. If you have a small property, or know exactly what areas have issues we are able to provide you with an accurate quote within having to visit your property, but we are always happy to take the time to perform a site visit.

3. Formal Recommendations

Once we have gathered all the information about your community and performed a site visit, our team of professional pooper scoopers will put together a complementary pet waste management plan for your property. These plans will typically include recommendations for dog waste station placements, sq. ft of common area space that needs to be manually cleaned, and what service frequency your property needs to reduce your dog waste problem.

4. Starting Services

Our pet waste management proposals typically have several options designed to fit various budgets. Once you select an option that works for your community you will simply sign off on the proposal and our team will get your property scheduled for service. If your property requires the installation of dog waste stations, our team will call in a locate to ensure we are not digging into any utility lines, and place the order for your supplies.

5. Ongoing Service

Our common area cleaning service not only takes care of the dog waste problem, we also pick up any garbage on your property that fits into our scooping buckets. If you have dog waste station maintenance on schedule, our team will remove the dog waste, replace the bags, notify you of any vandalism or damaged units, and clean 10ft around each station on every visit.

    Doody Call has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.

    No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

    Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different. In some areas, we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with waste management services. In others, we double-bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.

    Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

    No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
